- Contact Maryshoppings before returning any items.
- You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be in new condition. This means that every tag needs to be intact and still on the product and that the product can't show any sign of wearing or damage.
- If the product shows signs of wearing or damage, we're very sorry but in that case we can't take it back in our shop.
- We do not take back earrings due to hygienic reasons
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
- Want to switch to another size or model of the same product? If in supply, this is possible. Cost made for returning goods is not covered by Maryshoppings.
- Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us. The costs of sending the returning goods are on you (buyer).
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
- If you have changed your mind and you don't want to buy the product, the costs for sending it back are on you (the buyer). You will get a voucher for the amount of your purchase.
- Each Order has a payment obligation.
